BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING.
ALL LEAD NAMES (RESPONSIBLE PERSON) AND INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS ON THE PARTY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ANGLERS HAVING ALL CORRECT CARP FISHING TACKLE, AND YOU MUST CARP FISH.
THE VENUE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYBODY NEW TO CARP FISHING OR NOVICE ANGLERS.
MINIMUM AGE 14 YEARS OLD.
1. Your holiday will be reserved for you upon our receipt of your completed booking form and deposit. When we dispatch our receipt to the lead name (RESPONSIBLE PERSON), your booking is considered confirmed and accepted for all persons traveling. Please ensure all names match your passports exactly (Name change charges of £50.00 per name change may apply).
2a. We reserve the right to update/change the lake or site rules at any time as we see fit to do so.
2b. The responsible person will pay the remaining balance of the cost of the holiday, which must be paid by 12 weeks before your departure date or as we may otherwise specify. The final balance is taken from the card the deposit was paid with automatically via our payment system. The person sending the booking form will receive an email reminder seven days before payment is taken. Please bear this in mind when booking on behalf of a party. If you place your booking less than 12 weeks before your departure date, the total cost of your holiday must be paid in full at the time of booking.
2c. If we do not receive full payment 12 weeks before departure, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Any monies paid will be forfeited, and a cancellation charge may be levied in accordance with paragraph 5.
3. For all new bookings: A non-refundable deposit of £180 per person must accompany your completed booking form showing all clients. By submitting the deposit, the lead name confirms that they have the authority of all other persons included in the holiday to make the booking on their behalf and that they have read and accepted these booking terms and conditions. The deposit is accepted as part of the payment for the total cost of the holiday.
4. In the event you cancel your confirmed booking, it can only be accepted if it is in writing from the person sending the booking form, and the following cancellation charges will apply:

4. All passport, Visa, and Health Certificate requirements are your sole responsibility, and we accept no responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in your documents.
5. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the services we are contracted to provide if we, our employees or agents, or any persons affiliated with Flores Carp Experience or on any vehicle or craft judge your behavior to be likely to cause discomfort or harm to our other clients or other persons or property. If our carrier prevents you from traveling because of such behaviour, our contractual obligations under these conditions will terminate immediately. In either case, any appropriate cancellation fee will apply, and we will not be liable for any refund, compensation, or any costs or damage you may incur.
6. Force Majeure: We will not be held liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: Strikes, Political Unrest, Riots, Port Closures, War or threat of, Terrorist Activity, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Flood, Technical /Weather problems to transportation, Acts of God or any other event(s) beyond our control.
7. Clients must have an appropriate Travel/Holiday Insurance Policy for the holiday period. Also, you need to obtain a European health insurance card. They are free; you will find details on the NHS website. You will need this if you or any party members are taken ill.
8. Wherever possible, any changes to the booking requested after written confirmation of booking is sent out to you will be allowed. Name change charges will apply.
9. The holiday booked may not be re-assigned. Only the persons shown on the booking form may travel. Pets are not allowed.
10. Jurisdiction: receiving the booking form constitutes acceptance of a contract on these terms subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
11. In the event of complaint: If you believe you have cause for complaint while on holiday, the grievance must be notified to the Fishery Manager in the first instance. If this procedure is followed, the problem is usually resolvable.
All complaints must be addressed to Flores Carp Experience at our UK office and received within seven days of your return to the UK. within 7 days of your return to the UK.For all current bookings: An additional charge of £130 will be applied at the end of January 2026.
